Situated on the confluence of river Tikira and Champali and surrounded by mango grove, Naktideul(+3) College,Naktideul took its holy birth on 5th September-1989 with the initiative of local learned person of Naktideul Block.The institution was recognized by Higher Education Deptt. Of Govt. of Odisha and affiliated by Sambalpur University from 1993-94 session and got permanent recognition and affiliated from the session 2003-04.
The college provides Hons teaching in History, Education and Odia from the session 2010. Being the only Degree College in the Block it really the light hour for higher education in the locality and naktideul degrre college.
Naktideul(+3),College,Naktideul has given ample opportunity and scope to poor students of Maoist affected of Naktideul Block of Sambalpur district and Reamal block of Deogarh district who were debarred from getting higher education facility.
